Day by Day
Depart from Arusha for a scenic drive to the home of giants. Explore Tarangire's diverse terrain, from ancient baobabs to the riverbanks teeming with elephant families, lions, and leopards.
Journey through the Ngorongoro Highlands, pausing for a breathtaking view of the caldera before entering the Serengeti. Enjoy an optional cultural visit to a Maasai boma to learn about ancestral traditions.
Experience the Serengeti at dawn, the optimal time for predator activity. After a morning tracking wildlife in the Seronera Valley, traverse back towards the Ngorongoro rim for your evening stay.
Descend 600 metres into the world's largest intact caldera for a spectacular wildlife viewing session. After a picnic lunch on the crater floor, ascend and return to the vibrant city of Arusha.
The dry season between June and October offers the most prolific wildlife viewing around water sources. For those wishing to see the calving season in the southern regions, January to March is highly recommended.
