Day by Day
Following a morning briefing, journey to Tarangire, a park famed for its giant baobabs and massive elephant populations. Spend the day tracking wildlife along the Tarangire River, where predators often await thirsty prey.
Travel through the lush Ngorongoro highlands toward the vast plains of the Serengeti. After a scenic drive with a crater-view stop, arrive in the Seronera Valley for a late afternoon exploration of the big cat capital.
Awaken to the sounds of the bush for a sunrise game drive when predators are most active. After a midday meal, enjoy a final sweep of the Serengeti plains before retreating to the cooler climes of the Karatu highlands.
Descend 600 metres into the world’s largest intact caldera for a morning of unparalleled wildlife viewing, including the rare black rhino. After a picnic lunch on the crater floor, begin your return journey to Arusha.
