Day by Day
Welcome to Tanzania — airport transfer to your Arusha lodge, safari briefing and a restful evening.
Afternoon game drive among Tarangire's elephants and baobabs, overnight near the park.
Cross the highlands onto the plains, game-driving to your central Serengeti camp.
Morning and afternoon game drives through big-cat country on the endless plains.
Final Serengeti morning, then a full game drive inside the Ngorongoro Crater before overnighting in Karatu.
Drive back to Arusha and board your afternoon flight to Zanzibar. Transfer to your beach resort in time for a sunset over the Indian Ocean.
A full day at leisure on the beach — swim, snorkel the house reef, or simply decompress after safari.
Optional guided morning in Stone Town's UNESCO-listed alleys and a spice-farm visit, then back to the beach for the afternoon.
Beach morning, then an optional late-afternoon sail on a traditional wooden dhow as the sun drops into the sea.
Transfer to Abeid Amani Karume International Airport for your onward flight — or stay longer; the beach is hard to leave.
June–October and December–March give the best combined bush-and-beach conditions, though the journey works all year.
